Maksim Kolbin ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Ex Recovery mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
The App allows you to enter personal notes, draft messages, and settings (such as a name or nickname, breakup date, and goal). All of this data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, including:
This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. It helps us understand how the App is used and improve the experience.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and diagnostic data. This may include device state, stack traces, and the app version at the time of a crash. No personal content (notes, messages, or settings) is included in crash reports.
If you enable push notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver them. We do not store or share your device token for any purpose other than delivering notifications.
All user-created content (notes, draft messages, relapse history, settings) is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed.
We use the following third-party services:
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
Since all personal content is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all data at any time through the App's Settings screen ("Reset all data") or by deleting the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
