Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Ex Recovery mobile application (the "App") operated by Maksim Kolbin ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Ex Recovery is a personal well-being application designed to help users maintain no-contact boundaries after a breakup. The App provides tools such as a day counter, journaling, SOS breathing exercises, draft messages, and push notification reminders.
The App is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
The App offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through an auto-renewable subscription.
We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. The subscription price is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
You can restore previously purchased subscriptions on the same Apple ID through the App's Settings screen.
All content you create within the App (notes, draft messages, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your content on our servers. You are solely responsible for your content.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Maksim Kolbin and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maksim Kolbin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
